1. Ownership & Content

1.1. All business listings, images, logos, text, and other materials (“Content”) on this Site are provided directly by the respective business owners (“Contributors”).

1.2. InterLinkz Ltd acts solely as a platform and does not claim legal ownership of any Contributor Content. Contributors retain full ownership and are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the Content they submit.

2. Image or Content Removal Requests & Automatic Deletion

2.1 Automatic Deletion System

When you delete a business listing from your dashboard:

• All uploaded images (up to 4 per listing) are automatically deleted from our servers within seconds
• The business listing and all associated data are permanently removed
• This deletion is immediate and cannot be undone
• You have full control to delete your listing at any time via your dashboard

2.2 Manual Removal Requests

If you are a Contributor or an individual featured in any image or Content on Cheshire.Biz and wish to request removal or deletion:

• Send an email to interlinkz.info@gmail.com with:
  • A clear description of the Content in question
  • If possible, a link to its location on the Site
  • Your relationship to the content (business owner, person in photo, etc.)

2.3 Processing Timeline

We process valid removal requests within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the Content has been removed.

2.4 Verification

Because all Content is manually submitted by Contributors, we cannot remove Content without proper authorization from a Contributor or legally entitled requester.

3. Accuracy & Reliability

3.1. We strive to keep information on the Site up to date, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

3.2. You agree that any reliance on the Site’s Content is at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to:

• Upload or share Content that infringes third-party rights
• Post illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
• Use the Site to send unsolicited promotions or spam

4.2. We reserve the right to remove any submitted Content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. The Site and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

8. Pro Subscriptions & Advertising

8.1 Pro Services

Cheshire.Biz offers paid Pro subscriptions that provide enhanced visibility for business listings:

• Pro Business (Monthly): £18/month rolling subscription with featured placement in category sidebars and homepage rotation
• Pro Business (Annual): £179.99/year with all Pro benefits plus priority search placement, monthly analytics reports, and best value pricing

8.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Monthly subscriptions are billed at £18/month on a rolling basis
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at £179.99 for 12 months
• You can cancel at any time, but your subscription remains active until the end of your paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

8.3 Advertising Standards

• Premium listings are clearly marked with an "Ad" badge
• All businesses must comply with UK advertising standards and must not contain misleading information
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium services if content violates these Terms

8.4 No Guaranteed Results

While Premium subscriptions provide enhanced visibility, we do not guarantee specific numbers of clicks, views, or customer conversions. Results depend on many factors including your business quality, location, and market demand.

9. Third-Party Links, Services & External Websites

9.1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.

9.2. You access any external website at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of external sites.

9.3. InterLinkz Ltd is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of third-party sites.

9.4. Always review the privacy and terms of any external site before providing personal information.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
